Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves understanding client technical needs, providing expert consultations, and offering tailored solutions for wastewater management systems. Responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve growth targets. Collaboration with the engineering team and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience in Technical Support and the ability to address client queries effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Solid background in performing sales within the engineering or environmental sector
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with wastewater management technologies is an advantage
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic client needs and on-site requirements
