Role Description
The Sales Engineer will work on-site in Haridwar and is responsible for providing technical expertise and driving sales of automation products. This full-time role includes both pre-sales and post-sales support, maintaining a deep understanding of product applications, identifying client needs, and delivering suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, offering technical guidance to clients, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of automation products and technologies.
- Skills in providing Technical Support and guiding clients in selecting appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
- Proven Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Background in Sales and experience in managing client relationships to achieve business goals.
- Customer Service aptitude to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field preferred).
- Proficiency in problem-solving and understanding diverse automation systems.
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment and adapt to dynamic work conditions.
