Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in Hyderabad. The Technical Sales Engineer will focus on identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions tailored to their requirements. Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, providing product demonstrations, supporting the sales team with expert guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to customize solutions based on client needs
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with clients and delivering clear technical presentations
- Experience in providing Technical Support to address customer issues and collaborating with internal teams
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting customer expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally as needed
- Proven track record in sales or technical roles, preferably in the air purification or environmental solutions industry
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
