Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored valve solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, providing technical support, demonstrating product functionality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings and identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with proven ability to understand and communicate product specifications to clients
- Experience in providing thorough Technical Support and resolving customer inquiries effectively
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and team members
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and build long-term client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and willingness to travel as needed
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or valve industry is an added advantage
