Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Noida. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical and operational requirements, propose suitable EOT and related solutions, and prepare quotations and technical-commercial offers. Responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to develop feasible solutions, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into orders. The role also involves providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, conducting site visits for assessments or troubleshooting, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with management to meet sales targets, support market research efforts, and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Sales to translate customer requirements into technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting, product guidance, and coordination with technical teams.
- Excellent Communication skills for customer meetings, presentations, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in industrial equipment, material handling, cranes, or related engineering products is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales management tools.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed, with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
