Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baddi for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying their technical needs, and providing relevant solutions through effective sales engineering. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical support, and effectively communicating product value propositions. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to address customer challenges and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales processes
- Experience in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical demonstrations
- Technical Support and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
