Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in the Pune Division. The Technical Sales Engineer will manage technical sales activities, provide client-facing technical support, and engage in the sales process by identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, building customer relationships, and aligning technical knowledge with sales strategies to meet business goals. The role requires collaboration with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to offer technical solutions and drive product sales
- Expertise in Technical Support and Communication to effectively address customer issues and articulate technical details in a customer-friendly manner
- Proficiency in Sales and client relationship development to identify opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt technical knowledge to diverse customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Familiarity with construction equipment or the infrastructure industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and on-site support
