🚨 We Are Hiring – Technical Sales Engineer | Northern India
📍 Location: NCR / Delhi / Chandigarh / Hisar etc.
RUPES is looking for a field-driven Technical Sales Engineer who can build demand, drive secondary sales, and develop customers across Northern India.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, working with automotive body shops, car detailing professionals, wood coatings, and industrial users, and converting technical expertise into measurable sales growth.
🔧 What You Will Do
• Drive secondary sales growth and distributor performance
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and technical training for distributors and end users
• Support the market through seminars, industry events, and field visits
• Develop customers through technical discussions, structured training, and follow-ups
🎯 We Are Looking For Someone Who
• Has experience in automotive paints, abrasives, surface preparation, detailing, or wood coatings
• Is comfortable with technical demonstrations and customer engagement
• Has strong presentation and communication skills
• Is self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field
• Is willing to travel extensively within the region
