Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Technical Sales Engineer at R J Electricals Private Limited. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical support, presenting product demonstrations, and offering tailored solutions to clients. The role requires collaboration with various teams to meet sales targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing technical proposals or quotes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to provide effective solutions and meet technical requirements
- Proven expertise in Technical Support to address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to meet sales targets and a proven track record in Sales
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Experience in the electrical equipment or related industry is preferred
