Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Noida. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their fire and safety requirements, prepare technical proposals, and present tailored system solutions. The role involves supporting the sales cycle by providing technical demonstrations, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and ensuring accurate specifications and cost estimates. Daily responsibilities include responding to technical queries, assisting with system design discussions, conducting site visits as needed, and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to support after-sales technical needs. The Technical Sales Engineer will also contribute to market research, support bid preparation, and help identify new business opportunities in target sectors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to convert client requirements into effective fire and safety solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client relationship management skills to manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with system selection, troubleshooting, and post-installation queries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear presentations, proposal writing, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Relevant experience in fire protection systems, safety engineering, or industrial EPC projects is highly beneficial.
- A degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct occasional field visits, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in standard office and presentation tools.
