We are looking for dynamic engineering graduates who are interested in building a career in sales and marketing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with industrial clients, understand technical requirements, and grow in the B2B sales domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and connect via calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain and present company products and services effectively
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Candidate Profile
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Civil
- Freshers or experienced candidates (03 years)
- Good communication skills and proficiency in local language + English
- Basic understanding of technical/engineering concepts
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, etc.
- Confident personality with ability to handle clients
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Production, Quality, Inspection, Supply Chain, Purchase
- Exposure to industries like CNC, Cutting Tools, Automotive, Castings, Forgings, Fabrication
- Experience in BPO / Call Center / Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
