Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Prayagraj, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, providing technical support for hydraulic technology solutions, and managing sales engineering activities. The role also involves delivering product presentations, understanding market trends, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting for hydraulic technologies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to understand and recommend tailored solutions based on customer requirements
- Proven capability in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required for client visits and on-site assistance
- Basic understanding of the hydraulic technology industry is an advantage
