Role Description
IndustryBees India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, and promoting products to meet those needs. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, delivering technical support, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing after-sales support. The candidate will also contribute to achieving sales targets and growth objectives through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering with a strong ability to develop technical solutions tailored to client requirements
- Skilled in providing Technical Support and catering to client-specific technical concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and foster strong customer relationships
- Proven Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field
- Proficiency in creating technical proposals and analyzing market trends to drive business growth
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to new challenges
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or B2B procurement sector will be an added advantage
