Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves lead generation, managing technical sales processes, presenting technical solutions to clients, and completing the entire sales cycle. As a key member of the sales team, you will also engage in relationship-building, understand customer requirements, and work to deliver tailored solutions that align with business goals. You will be expected to develop your sales network to exceed assigned targets and ensure timely payment collections of your accounts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding customer needs
- Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Prior B2B offline product sales experience in industrial automation, electronics, pharmaceutical industry in Bengaluru is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical sales or engineering role
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are highly preferred
