Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer position based in Pune Division. The role involves providing technical support and expertise to clients, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored power solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical details to potential clients, and managing sales cycles. The Technical Sales Engineer will actively develop client relationships, troubleshoot issues, and participate in collaborative efforts to achieve sales targets while representing Embark Power's innovative product range to customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills for presenting and selling complex power solutions
- High proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing product-related challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, explanation of technical concepts, and relationship building
- A solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to manage sales cycles effectively
- Relevant technical background or degree such as Electrical Engineering or related field is highly beneficial
- Proven experience in a similar role within power solutions or industrial sector preferred
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel as necessary for client interactions
