Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer who can combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to support business growth and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Handle client enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 1–5 years experience in Technical / Industrial Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and drawings
- Willingness for field visits and client meetings
Preferred
- Experience in B2B Industrial Sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
