Role Description
The Technical Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging technology and sales by assisting clients with technical solutions, delivering product presentations, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing technical support, tailoring product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client specifications. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Hyderabad office, requiring close coordination with customers and team members to facilitate seamless technical sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing client requirements
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience in Sales or customer-facing roles within the technology or industrial engineering sectors
- Understanding of Industrial IoT, wireless sensors, and monitoring solutions is an advantage
- A technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage multiple client engagements
