Role- Technical Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer

Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead pre-sales engagements, working closely with prospects and Sales reps to understand their challenges and map them to CloudEagle’s platform capabilities.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and custom proof-of-concepts that address specific customer pain points and business needs.
- Deliver L1 product demonstrations to educate prospects on the value of CloudEagle’s offerings.
- Responsible for demonstrating products and solutions across CloudEagle’s SaaS spend management suite.
- Create solution decks, value proposition documents, and other client-facing sales materials to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to build custom demos and demo environments, including conducting successful POCs leading to a successful signed contract aligned with customer workflows.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of the product to guide engaging, relevant conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Accurately forecast and track pipeline activities and monthly revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations to both customers and internal teams.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end B2B SaaS sales, ideally in startup environments.
- Proven experience leading product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical sales conversations.
- Prior experience demonstrating customer engagement or SaaS platforms (experience with platforms like Sprinklr is a plus).
- Experience mapping client challenges to platform capabilities and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or selling into the US region with flexibility to work US time zone hours.
- High adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
