Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore and Chennai for a Technical Sales Engineer. The individual will engage with customers to provide technical solutions, deliver sales presentations, and support the implementation of measuring equipment and systems. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, proposing tailored solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Sales and capital goods sales to machining industries with the ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable automated solutions
- Skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with experience in presenting technical solutions and closing deals
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
- Experience with Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Willingness to be based in Aurangabad and travel to client sites as needed
- Prior experience in sales of inspection and metrology equipment to precision manufacturing or gear industry is a plus
