Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly capable Technical Sales Executive to drive the growth of our aeration systems and allied wastewater treatment products. You will act as the primary technical bridge between our clients and our engineering team. Instead of just selling "catalog products," you will analyze biological wastewater treatment processes (like Activated Sludge Processes), evaluate dissolved oxygen (DO) requirements, and propose engineered aeration solutions. The ideal candidate can confidently discuss chemical oxygen demand (COD/BOD) reduction with plant engineers while simultaneously managing the commercial sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding customer requirements
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Proven ability in Sales and building long-term customer relationships
- Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division
- Prior experience in water management, or related industries is a must.
