Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Technical Sales Engineer and Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the technical sales process, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, creating proposals, and managing project timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with experience in understanding client needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Strong skills in Technical Support, ensuring seamless pre-sales and post-sales assistance to clients.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proven expertise in Sales, along with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales/engineering is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in automation, IoT, or industrial solutions will be an advantage.
