Technical Sales Coordinator - INVENTA SYSTEMS
Location: S.G Highway, Ahmedabad
We are hiring a Technical Sales Coordinator with a basic life science background, good communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office or Zoho. Full technical and sales training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and scheduling
• Manage customer queries, order processing, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update sales and customer data
• Prepare simple reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support product promotions, campaigns, and events
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genomics, Life Sciences
• Fresher to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling
• Good communication, organization, and learning attitude
