Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Consultant based in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, analyzing technical needs, and recommending optimal rotary equipment solutions. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting client issues, drafting proposals, and converting leads into sales. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and consulting skills with a client-focused approach
- Technical expertise in troubleshooting, technical support, and understanding of rotary equipment
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess customer needs and match appropriate solutions
- Effective communication and presentation skills to build solid client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven track record in technical sales or relevant industrial experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently within a structured environment
