Position: Technical Project Consultant (Client-Facing)

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Industry: IT Services (Mobile Application & Software Development)


Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional who can act as a bridge between

clients and technical teams, with a focus on client communication, requirement understanding, and

project initiation. This role is ideal for someone with strong exposure to IT services (mobile apps &

software development) who is confident in managing client interactions, understanding business &

technical needs, and supporting business closure activities.


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Take ownership of client communication, including attending discovery calls, requirement

discussions.

● Work closely with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East) to

understand their technical and business needs.

● Collaborate with Business Development teams during pre-sales discussions, helping define

scope, technical feasibility, and effort estimation.

● Support in client closure activities by providing the right technical insights and building trust

with prospects.

● Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure client requirements

are properly understood and addressed.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat

business.

Desired Skill Set:

● 8+ years of experience in IT services (Mobile application & software development) in

client-facing / pre-sales / coordination roles.

● Strong ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with clients.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with international clients.

● Experience in supporting BD teams for client closures by offering technical and process

clarity.

● Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
