Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales and Customer Support Executive based in Ranchi. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to promote and sell Payplex’s digital payment solutions, providing technical support to resolve customer queries, and ensuring timely troubleshooting of issues. The role also involves assisting customers in integrating our payment solutions, conducting product demonstrations, collecting feedback for product improvement, and maintaining positive client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Customer Support, Problem-Solving, and Relationship Management expertise
- Technical Proficiency in digital payment systems, software integrations, and troubleshooting
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in fintech, payment services, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new clients/merchants within the assigned territory
- Demonstrate product features, technical workflows, and benefits to customers
- Assist in onboarding, setup, and basic technical integration of solutions
- Handle customer queries and provide timely technical and service support
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to devices, applications, or transactions
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Maintain records, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales and service performance targets
Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic technical knowledge of digital payments, POS systems, QR solutions, or mobile apps
- Sales-oriented mindset with convincing and negotiation abilities
- Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
- Customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field or on-ground activities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, mobile apps)
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies
Qualification & Experience- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in technical sales, customer support, or related roles
- Freshers with good communication and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
