Role Description:
This is a full time job role for a Technical Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager based in Hyderabad office . The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from creating job postings to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include leading the hiring process, conducting interviews, developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring teams to understand their needs. The selected candidate will also evaluate recruiting metrics and implement innovative strategies to attract top technical talent.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage a team of recruiters while ensuring high-quality hiring delivery.
Job Duties :
· Lead full-cycle IT recruitment for enterprise clients C&S Wholesale Grocers and SpartanNash.
· Manage a team of 4–5 IT recruiters, ensuring productivity and delivery against hiring targets.
· Partner with US-based hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
· Drive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and internal databases.
· Ensure high-quality candidate screening, focusing on technical skills and communication abilities.
· Track and manage recruitment metrics including closures, submissions, and interviews.
· Provide regular status reports and hiring updates to leadership and stakeholders.
· Ensure alignment with US time zones and support night shift hiring operations.
· Maintain structured recruitment processes and enforce quality standards across the team.
· Support offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience.
Team Leadership:
· Mentor and guide recruiters to improve sourcing and screening effectiveness.
· Allocate requirements effectively based on recruiter strengths.
· Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement plans.
· Build a scalable and high-performing recruiting team.
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in IT Recruitment (India staffing ).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven experience managing recruiting teams.
· Strong stakeholder management and client handling ability.
· Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
Technical Skills (Preferred for C&S & SpartanNash Hiring):
· Data Engineering: SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks
· .NET, C#, Azure
· Cloud Technologies: Google , Azure
· DevOps: CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker
· Retail & Supply Chain Systems
· Oracle , ERP Applications
· Cyber security Professionals
· Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI, Tableau
· API integrations and enterprise architecture roles etc
