We’re looking for a proactive and result-oriented Headhunter/Recruitment Specialist with 1+ years of experience to identify, engage, and close top talent across various roles and industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
independently.
Key Responsibilities
● Sourcing & Hunting: Actively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
● Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
● Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
● Interview Management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview rounds and feedback loops.
● Negotiation & Closure: Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
● Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal trackers.
● Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor moves.
Requirements
● Proven experience in headhunting or talent acquisition (preferably in tech).
● Strong experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multi-task and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Working Schedule: 6 days a week.
