Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiting Specialist based in Noida. In this role, you will manage end-to-end technical recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing talent for various IT positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, you will ensure a seamless candidate experience, handle negotiation processes, and assist in finalizing offers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting
- Experience in IT Recruitment, including sourcing and assessing technical talent
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Prior experience in managing the full-cycle recruitment process
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of the ERP or IT services industry is a plus
