About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Technical Recruiter-US Staffing Specialist with strong expertise in Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct US Clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and a strong understanding of US hiring models. The candidate must be capable of handling technical hiring requirements independently while maintaining strong coordination with hiring managers, sales teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand technical hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with US clients.
- Work extensively with Prime Vendors and Tier 1 Vendors for contract and full-time hiring.
- Handle Direct US Client requirements and maintain strong professional communication with clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure daily submission targets of 3–4 quality profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Provide candidates with a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records in ATS platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in End-to-End US IT Recruitment (W2 / FTE).
- Strong hands-on experience with Prime Vendors and Tier 1 Vendors (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in handling Direct US Clients.
- Strong understanding of US hiring models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting profiles for US-based clients.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and similar portals.
- Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Cloud, and DevOps.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with Sales Managers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent communication skills.
