About the Role
Prismagic Solutions is looking for a highly driven and hands-on Technical Recruiter with strong experience in IT staffing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple client requirements, and takes full ownership of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on IT requirements across multiple client domains.
- Manage high-priority client requirements with speed and ownership.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within tight deadlines.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
- Ensure consistent daily submissions and pipeline building.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in IT recruitment/staffing.
- Proficiency in ATS/VMS/MSP systems.
- Extensive experience using job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder (CB), and Dice.
- Familiarity with AI-based sourcing and recruiting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly accountable, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
