We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (US Recruitment) with 3-6 years of experience in US staffing and technical recruitment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience recruiting for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization (H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
