π Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 3β4 years of hands-on experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US hiring landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various domains.
πΌ Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based clients (from sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles across multiple states in the US
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), Boolean search, and X-ray techniques
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/behavioral interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and conditions with candidates
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client requirements
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure quick turnaround time and meet submission and closure targets
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain strong relationships
π οΈ Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT recruitment / technical staffing
- Hands-on expertise in Boolean search and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working with ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, AI, etc.)
π Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3β4 years of experience in US Staffing/Technical Recruitment
- Proven track record of successful placements in US market
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
- Ability to work in night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
