About the Role
Maven Workforce is looking for a motivated and result-driven Technical Recruiter with experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience handling client requirements, and expertise in hiring through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for client requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to close positions within timelines
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for candidates
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Prior experience working in a staffing/recruitment company is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
