Job Responsibilities – Full-Time Hiring (IT Recruiter)
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time IT positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and long-term hiring needs
- Create and post detailed job descriptions for IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, and tech communities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews focusing on technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit
- Evaluate candidates for long-term stability and alignment with company goals
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams
IT / Software Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js)
- Understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL like MongoDB)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
