Job Title: Sourcing Recruiter – Non-IT

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: [Hyderabad- - Vijayawada]

Shift Timings: 6:30PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

· We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring for Non-IT roles.

· The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing channels.

· This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment with a strong interest in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source candidates for Non-IT roles such Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.

· Utilize job portals (Linkedin, Ceipal, Career Builder , Indeed), social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify talent.

· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

· Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, emails, and messages.

· Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.

· Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.

· Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Required Skills:

· Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

· Familiarity with job portals like (Linkedin, Ceipal, Career Builder , Indeed).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (Non-IT preferred).
