This role is for a Technical Recruiter who understands that resumes don’t tell the full story. Someone who can read between the lines, assess intent, and identify candidates who truly fit the pace and expectations of a startup environment.
It’s not just about closing roles.

What This Role Will Focus On
- Drive end-to-end hiring for tech roles across startups (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data, DevOps, etc.)
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand real hiring needs-not just job descriptions
- Build strong pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Evaluate candidates on technical capability and startup mindset (ownership, adaptability, problem-solving)
- Manage the entire candidate journey-from first conversation to offer closure
- Ensure a strong, thoughtful candidate experience in fast-moving hiring cycles
- Share market insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Maintain structured tracking of pipelines, conversions, and hiring metrics
What Makes You a Fit
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment (startup or agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of tech roles, stacks, and hiring expectations
- Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes-skills, intent, and long-term fit
- Proven ability to close roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach)
- High ownership mindset-roles don’t stay open without a clear plan
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
