We’re expanding our team and looking for talented recruiters who can work on Mexico-based hiring and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Noida, India (Primary) | Pan India (Secondary)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with experience in hiring for Mexico. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with team manager to hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Mexico-based roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage interview processes
- Handle offer discussions and candidate engagement
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Required Skills
- 1–8 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Mexico hiring (preferred)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Good communication skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to Mexico-based hiring
- Basic Spanish language proficiency
