We are looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pune. This opportunity is strictly for immediate joiners (0–7 days). Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent positions.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
* Negotiate offers and drive candidate onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
* Maintain recruitment reports and ATS updates.
Required Skills
* 4–8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
* Strong experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Infrastructure, QA, Business Analysis, and Project Management roles.
* Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, Client handling and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Experience in an IT staffing or recruitment consulting environment is preferred.
Mandatory Requirement
* Immediate joiners only (0–7 days).
* Work from Office – Pune.
* Candidates with longer notice periods will not be considered.
