Looking for a strong Technical Recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring (70%) + HR Ops (30%).
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Drive full-cycle tech hiring (Dev, DevOps, QA, Architects, PMs)
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AI tools
• Partner with hiring managers & close quality talent fast
• Manage onboarding, HRIS, documentation & lifecycle ops
• Track hiring metrics & enhance candidate experience
🔹 Must-have:
✔ 5+ yrs tech hiring (product/IT roles)
✔ Strong sourcing + stakeholder management
✔ Exposure to .NET, Cloud, DevOps hiring
✔ Hands-on with ATS + AI sourcing tools
