Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Recruiter based in Kochi. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Experience in general Recruiting and Hiring practices
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
- Fresh graduates with keen interest in recruitment and human resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
