Technical Recruiter (Entrepreneurial Mindset) – Remote

Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technical talent across multiple domains such as AI/ML, Software Engineering, Cloud, and Data. You will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and relationship building.
This role requires someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing the recruitment lifecycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to find high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates
- Screen candidates and assess technical and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Continuously explore new sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Improve recruitment workflows and suggest process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as AI/ML, Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, etc.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Organised and capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines
