Job Description: Technical Recruiter - Engineering

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Engineering Recruiter to support hiring across engineering domains, including semiconductor and chip design, hardware verification, embedded systems & firmware engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, and AI/ML compiler development. The role will support engineering requirements from System Integrators (SIs) and implementation partners, with a focus on identifying and engaging qualified candidates for specialized positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment process from requirement understanding and sourcing through candidate screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining.
• Source suitable candidates using targeted searches, professional networks, referrals, relevant recruitment platforms, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening discussions to assess relevant experience, project exposure, availability, compensation expectations, and notice period.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify requirements, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and hiring status, and help address challenges in filling niche engineering positions. Engineering Positions

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with 3+ years in Semiconductor or VLSI hiring.
• Experience supporting engineering requirements from System Integrators (SIs) and implementation partners, with hands-on recruitment experience across automotive and aerospace engineering domains.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and recognize differences between specializations such as DFT, STA, verification, embedded systems, and emulation.
• Experience with targeted candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and relevant recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate screening, communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple specialized requirements and deliver suitable profiles within agreed timelines.
