NLB Services is expanding its Domestic Staffing team with IT Recruiters across contractual and permanent hiring. Hereโs everything you need to understand the scope and expectations of this role.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ป:
โข End-to-end IT recruitment across diverse technologies
โข Aligning sourcing strategies with client requirements
โข Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases
โข Screening, initial HR rounds, and candidate assessment
โข Interview coordination and feedback management
โข Offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding
โข Maintaining pipelines, trackers, and hiring timelines
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
โข 6 months to 5 years of IT recruitment experience
โข Strong understanding of IT skills and market trends
โข Hands-on with job portals and sourcing channels
โข Clear communication and negotiation skills
โข Ability to work in a target-driven environment
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ:
โข Experience in contract staffing
โข Familiarity with ATS
โข Stakeholder management skills
