Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in domestic IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical requirements across technologies and domains. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understanding of IT technologies, and hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates within timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with candidates.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract/permanent staffing.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
