Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1.5+ years
Location: Remote/Pune
Working Days: 5 days a week
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand job roles and skill expectations.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and technical requirements.
- Draft and publish engaging technical job descriptions across IT job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify, source, screen, and create strong pipelines of qualified candidates for diverse technical positions.
- Coordinate and schedule telephonic, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and panel members.
- Participate actively in interview drives, ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination.
Eligibility:
- Candidates with a technical educational background such as B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) will be preferred.
