Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
⚠️ Note: We are NOT hiring candidates with US Staffing experience.
💼 Role: Technical Recruiter – Domestic IT Staffing.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
- Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn & references
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical & cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process
- Build a strong pipeline and close positions within TAT
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure seamless onboarding
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of IT skills (Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, etc.)
- Expertise in Boolean search & sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
- Good understanding of salary trends & negotiation
- MSP/VMS experience is a plus

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
🎓 Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Mandatory experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
