We are seeking an agile Technical Recruiter to fuel our expansion. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our talent pipeline, managing the end-to-end journey for technical candidates. As part of the team, the Technical Recruiter will contribute to driving the company’s success by identifying top talent aligned with organizational needs.

Role Description
Experience of at least 8 months to 3 years in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices
Experience in C2H model would be added advantage
Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for technology-focused roles
Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate opportunities to candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
