Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment to support hiring for US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified technical professionals for various IT roles while ensuring quality submissions and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review job requirements and match candidates with technical positions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients within defined timelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and recruitment compliance.
- Work closely with account managers and senior recruiters to fulfill open requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly submission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Technical / IT Recruitment (US staffing experience preferred).
- Understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, and Cybersecurity roles.
- Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US IT Staffing environment.
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Exposure to VMS portals such as Fieldglass or Beeline.
