Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Technical Recruiter at ZENNER India. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, identifying top talent for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and conducting interviews. The role involves maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience, and ensuring hiring aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruiting
- Demonstrated skills in Hiring and General Recruiting
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment for engineering, IT Industries.
