Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for the end-to-end marketing and placement of IT consultants (the 'bench') with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners, ensuring high utilization rates and optimal profit margins through strategic negotiation and relationship management.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring communication is clear and effective throughout the hiring process.
